As the Director of Digital Media & Content Strategy for Morgan State Athletics, my mission has been clear—elevate our programs, amplify our athletes, and demand the recognition we deserve. Too often, Morgan State gets overlooked, and I’ve made it my goal to change that through strategic storytelling and high-impact content. One of my biggest wins has been transforming MSU Acrobatics & Tumbling’s digital presence, taking their Instagram from 2,500 to 12.3K+ followers in under a month and securing national coverage. Two of my videos went viral, with one landing on ESPN, Essence, and countless other platforms, putting a brighter spotlight on our athletes than ever before.
